BodyMouth
BodyMouth is a custom computational instrument that produces speech through movement using body-worn sensors and real-time speech synthesis. Created by Kat Mustatea, it is experienced as a series of performances and installations that explore the necessity of alternate modes of speech as an urgent form of survival.
BodyMouth will have its full-length premiere in NYC in Fall 2025

We’re working with Kat toward a full-length production of ielele, a series of full-length sensory performances exploring Balkan folk mythology and featuring the BodyMouth instrument. Our support spans creative and technical production, including script development, casting, technical advisory, and strategic planning, for a Fall 2025 premiere. To further the project’s development, we’ve also produced key materials such as a pitch deck and project trailer.
