Yes. We offer an annual upfront as well as monthly payment option for Hotline. Regardless of how you choose to pay, the program commitment is one year.

Yes. The eligibility guidelines are meant to describe the artists Hotline is best positioned to support. If you’re an actively practicing artist at a point of growth or transition and you can demonstrate sustained engagement with your work over time, we encourage you to apply—even if your experience looks different than what’s listed.

Our credit system is designed so you can utilize the services most important to you. We include quarterly calls and DMs with your membership, so we can get to know you and effectively support your practice however you choose to use our services.

We use a credit system to allow Hotline members to customize our services to suit their unique needs while also allowing us to allocate our small team’s time and resources most effectively.

Each service has an estimated credit value based on the time and scope involved. During onboarding, you’ll receive a Credit Guide that outlines how credits are typically applied across different types of support. When you submit a request, we’ll confirm the credit estimate before work begins so there are no surprises.

Your membership includes 10x Flexible Credits you can apply toward any of the services we offer. If you use all 10 credits, you can purchase additional credits at competitive, members-only rates.
